No ham on Monday night, because I asked to break up the monotony. Tuna casserole instead.
A ham sandwich (and a hard-boiled Easter egg) for breakfast today.
And then, to use up some ham, I started making ham and bean soup today. I'm assuming that the apricot-ginger glaze on the ham won't make too much trouble for the soup. However, I may have made a mistake in my planning: the soup mix makes 12-16 servings. I may be replacing one leftover problem with another.
