Garlic Chicken Soup

Lori alluded to the garlic chicken soup in her journal, and I'd meant to tell y'all about that.

This was inspired by the garlic chicken soup that Gullifty's sometimes serves during their garlic festival. But this, though, was supposed to be an easy approximation.

I took two cans of Campbell's Chunky chicken noodle soup. I sauteed about a quarter cup of minced garlic in olive oil until soft and slightly brown, then I added the garlic to the soup and heated it up.

It worked reasonably well, I suppose. It was certainly more garlicky than normal chicken noodle soup, but it wasn't as redolent with garlic as I had hoped.
